What is Star Lockers?
Star Lockers is an automated locker system where you can store suitcases, backpacks or bags for as long as you need. Our facilities are available 24 hours a day, all year round.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. All bookings are made online through our website. It is not possible to pay directly at the facility. You can book days in advance, a few hours before, or even while standing at the door (if available).
How do I access the facility and my locker?
After booking you will receive by email an access code for the facility and a code to open your locker. Enter the numeric code to open it. Do not use open lockers — they may belong to previous customers.
Can I open my locker multiple times?
Yes. During your booking period you can open and close the locker as many times as you need with the provided code.
Are my belongings insured?
Star Lockers has 24h video surveillance. We recommend not storing high-value items (cash, jewellery, precious metals, watches, electronics, art or personal documents).
