Lockers are rented by the day, with a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 7 days. If you need more time, contact us.
Yes, as long as the modification or cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the start of the booking. For modifications less than 24 hours in advance, we cannot guarantee availability.
In your locker you can store everything that fits: suitcases, backpacks, sports bags, musical instruments (if they fit), strollers and similar items.
Yes, completely. The facility has 24-hour CCTV cameras and each locker is individually locked with a unique code. Only you know your code.
Star Lockers lockers are protected by 24h security cameras. We recommend not storing high-value items such as cash, jewellery, precious metals, watches or electronics.
When starting your booking, you will be able to see if the desired locker type is available for your dates. Availability is updated in real time.
Our facility is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can access your locker at any time.
Yes, you can open your locker as many times as you want during your booking period. Your code remains active throughout your reservation.
